We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing or description, payment issues, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not constitute our final acceptance of the order.

Our acceptance of your order and formation of a contract occurs when your order has been processed and confirmed for fulfillment or shipment.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.

Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, lost in transit, or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact us at support.casesaura@gmail.com with your order number and photos where applicable. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
